No. Credits you buy stay on your balance until you use them.
Is there a subscription?+
No. You buy a pack when you need one. There are no seats and nothing renews.
What if a search finds fewer leads than I asked for?+
Before a search runs, Leadian shows the most it can cost and sets those credits aside. You are charged only for new leads delivered, and everything unused goes straight back to your balance.
What if a contact can't be found?+
Revealing an email or phone number is charged only when a verified detail is found. If nothing verified turns up, you pay nothing.
Can I get a refund?+
All sales are final. Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
