Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Leadian, an AI tool for building lists of potential business contacts, operated by AGsoundtrax ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Leadian, you agree to them.

Your account

• Leadian is currently in private beta and available by invitation.
• You must be at least 18 and use Leadian for business purposes.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits

• Leadian uses credits. The most a search can cost is shown before it runs.
• Credits are set aside while a search works. You are charged only for new leads delivered, and unused credits are returned to your balance.
• Revealing a contact detail is charged only when a verified detail is found.
• When credit purchases are available, they are processed by Dodo Payments and all sales are final.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Leadian and the contacts it finds lawfully. In particular, you will:

• Follow the laws that apply to contacting people, including anti-spam and data protection laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Honor opt-out and removal requests from people you contact.
• Not use Leadian to harass anyone, to send spam, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Not resell Leadian data as a standalone database, or try to copy, scrape or disrupt the service.

Results

Leadian checks leads against public sources, but information about people and companies changes and may be incomplete or out of date. Results are provided as they are, without a guarantee of accuracy. Check important details before you rely on them.

Your content

You keep the searches, lists and notes you create. You give us permission to process them only to provide Leadian to you, as described in our privacy policy.

Our service

Leadian, including its software and design, belongs to AGsoundtrax. During the beta, features may change, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Leadian and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Leadian means you accept the updated terms.
