Leadian ("Leadian", "we", "us") is an AI tool that helps businesses build lists of potential customers. It is operated by AGsoundtrax. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who processes it, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].

Information we collect about you

• Account details: your name and email address. If you create a password, it is stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider.
• Google sign-in: if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We request no other Google data.
• What you create in Leadian: the searches you describe, the plans and lead lists they produce, your saved lists, and the statuses and tags you add.
• Credits: a record of credits granted, held, charged and returned, so your balance is always accurate.
• Payments (when purchases are available): handled by our payment processor, Dodo Payments. We receive a confirmation of the purchase, never your card details.
• Cookies: we use cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use Google user data

We use the name, email address and profile picture from Google only to create your Leadian account and sign you in. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the service providers listed below who help us run sign-in. Leadian's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use your information

• To run your searches and show you the results.
• To keep your credit balance and purchase history accurate.
• To send you service emails, such as sign-in codes and purchase confirmations.
• To keep Leadian secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Information about the people in lead lists

Leadian finds professional information that is publicly available, such as a person's name, job title, employer, location and public profile pages, and, when a user asks, a verified work email address or phone number. This information is used only to show business contacts to the Leadian user who searched for them. If you appear in Leadian results and want your information removed, email [email protected] and we will remove it.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run Leadian, and only as needed for their task:

• Netlify (website hosting)
• Neon (database and sign-in)
• Cloudflare (domain, network and email routing)
• Search, data and AI providers that run searches, verify leads and prepare search plans
• Resend (sending service emails)
• Dodo Payments (processing purchases, when available)

Retention and deletion

We keep your account information while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and its searches, leads and lists at any time by emailing [email protected]. Records of credits and payments may be kept, without your name and email, where needed for accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Access to our systems is limited to what is needed to run Leadian. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Leadian is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app.
